OnDeck Capital Leases Big in Downtown Denver

OnDeck Capital, which provides small-business loans online, is roughly tripling its office footprint in Downtown Denver by inking a lease for 72k SF in the Denver Post Building. OnDeck will move into the Post building during Q1 2016, and occupy two floors. The Colorado Economic Development Commission recently approved more than $10M in incentive tax credits for OnDeck, with the stipulation that the company locate an additional 400 jobs in Denver. [DP]
