Keg Supplier Inks Lease at Gauge

Gauge, one of the newest office developments in River North, inked a lease with MicroStar Logistics to occupy 13k SF in the 100k SF property, which was unveiled by Zeppelin Development this summer.

MicroStar, which provides kegs to craft breweries, is relocating its HQ from Greenwood Village.

MicroStar CEO Michael Hranicka told the Denver Business Journal Gauge is "in the center of the action."

The development is at 35th and Wazee streets, near the RTD's 38th and Blake Station, which will connect with the airport next year. [DBJ]
