Granite Celebrates National Ice Cream Month

Snapped: Granite Properties’ Denver employees celebrating National Ice Cream Month (July) recently. The company, which makes a point of holding fun events, has been named to the Great Places to Work list published by Forture for two years in a row now (2012 and ’13). The company’s most recent acquisition in metro Denver was the 161k SF Prentice Place in the Denver Tech Center; tenants include Icon Venue Group and FedEx.
