Svn Ceo Kevin Maggiacomo Gives Opening Remarks

The Denver commercial real estate community came together Sept. 20 to forge local connections and discuss emerging trends. The Cocktails and Collaboration networking event was hosted at SVN Denver Commercial Headquarters in downtown Denver.

SVN International Corp. CEO Kevin Maggiacomo kicked off the event with welcome remarks, highlighting the company’s recent growth in the Denver market.

“What [we’ve] assembled is a diverse full-service commercial real estate advisory,” he said.

Maggiacomo highlighted the entrepreneurial spirit of SVN’s advisers, emphasizing their knowledge and depth in the Denver market.

Founded in 1987, SVN believes that cooperating and collaborating with the global commercial real estate community is the best way to ensure maximum value for its clients. SVN advisers provide clients with expertise in all asset classes, assisting in a variety of services for investors and occupiers of real estate.

As both a real estate company and collaboration platform, community involvement is a key component of SVN’s business model. The firm’s OutReach project, for example, brings together people who are reshaping towns and cities across the U.S.

SVN has also partnered with Patronicity to introduce SVN Communities, a crowdfunding grant program that implements community improvement by incentivizing individual donations. Developers can create a crowdfunding page with information about their project and the overall impact they hope it will have on the community.

While SVN is focused on strengthening its presence in Colorado and other existing locations, it has also announced plans to expand into several other global markets.
