Air Medical Transport Company Takes 62K SF In Denver Tech Center

A Flight For Life Helicopter

Air Methods, an air medical transport company, signed a lease for 62K SF at 5500 South Quebec St. in the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village. The space will be the company's new HQ.

Air Methods delivers transport to more than 100,000 patients/year, and operates Flight for Life, a hospital-based air ambulance. Many of the organization's team members are U.S. veterans, active duty or in the reserves.

Northstar Commercial Partners acquired the 205K SF building in 2015 and began leasing the property from its nearly vacant state last year. Now that Air Methods has inked its deal, about 100K SF of the property remains for lease. Cushman & Wakefield's Doug Wulf repped Northstar.
