Here’s a potential deal that’s golden for the right tenant broker: Isatori is leasing 7k SF at 15000 W 6th Ave in Golden for its corporate HQ. But according to SEC filings, its lease at the flex office project expires next month. The company gives no indication what it intends, but we trust our readers will find out for us. As a side note (and because we love digging up info on the SEC’s website), Isatori paid more than $28k in rent over the past six months.
