A new retail and restaurant center situated near a prime Tarrant County industrial park is pre-leasing in Roanoke.

Roanoke Village, a 43K SF commercial and retail hub, is ready to sign restaurant and retail tenants, real estate firm Weitzman said.

The development by New Stream Commercial sits adjacent to Downtown Roanoke and is close to an industrial park.

The Tarrant County industrial park off U.S. 377 will expose Roanoke Village's future tenants to a customer base made up of FedEx, UPS, Walmart, General Mills, Nestlé, Tom Thumb, Firestone and General Motors employees.

Businesses that move into the multi-tenant buildings also will be close to Downtown Roanoke, Roanoke Town Center and major developments in the trade area, including Circle T Ranch, Alliance, Facebook’s $1B data center and TD Ameritrade’s corporate campus.

The two multi-tenant buildings are attached to buildings designated for medical use and office space.
