The Village At Allen And Fairview Inks Total Wine And Tuesday Morning

Total Wine and Tuesday Morning will join the lineup at sister retail properties The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview in spring 2017.

America’s largest independent alcohol retailer, Total Wine, will open as Allen's first dedicated wine and spirits retailer. It will occupy a freestanding building near Best Buy on the Central Expressway side of the center.

The domestic and international closeout retailer Tuesday Morning will sell gifts, home furnishings, housewares and seasonal goods in an inline space near the Grove on Stacy Road.

The two will join other new additions, Grif’s Sammie Shop, Allen Nails and Polka Dot Party and Play.  

Home2 Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott and Capital One Bank are under construction and will open spring 2017.

Overture Senior Living, Fairview Youth Theatre, DXL and Salt of The Earth are also under construction.

CBRE's Andrew Lehner leases The Village at Allen and Fairview. MGHerring Group developed, manages and operates the properties.
