WeWork Opens Regional HQ In Thanksgiving Tower

WeWork’s Southern operations have a new headquarters. The co-working unicorn debuted its 84K SF location in Downtown DallasThanksgiving Tower on June 6. 

WeWork’s operations in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Houston, Nashville, Kansas City and Miami will now be based out of Thanksgiving Tower. WeWork opened its first Dallas location with 45K SF in Uptown in January. It now has more than 145 WeWork locations worldwide. 

With the announcement of a 25K SF Legacy West location in February, this marks the third Dallas-area location for WeWork. 

With an ever-growing valuation, WeWork will triple its real estate activity in 2017. Though its growth has been primarily in Tier 1 cities thus far, it plans to also focus on expanding to tertiary cities and suburbs
