HALL Office Park Secures Nearly 40k SF Of Leases

HALL Office Park signed leases and expansions in March totaling nearly 40k SF at the 16-building, 2.2M SF complex.

The growth of the office park is in line with Frisco as a whole. Paycor expanded its existing 11k SF by over 25k SF at the newest building at the Park, 3001 Dallas Pkwy.  Cushman & Wakefield's Craig Wilson and Travis Boothe repped Paycor.

Verint Systems, repped by Cushman & Wakefield’s Robbie Baty, leased 6k SF at 2595 Dallas Pkwy. And Garber renewed its 5k SF lease and expanded by nearly 4k more, bringing it to just under 10k SF at 3010 Gaylord Pkwy. Jackson Cooksey’s John Beach repped Garver.

Two unique amenities at the office park: a corporate wine lounge and a 200-piece art collection.
