Anchor Tenant Expands, New Tenants Signed At One Legacy West

The first tenants will soon move into Gaedeke Group’s 14-story One Legacy West. Anchor tenant NTT Data will now have a few neighbors in the Plano office project that is 56% leased.

The Japan-based IT giant inked a 10-year lease for 41% of the building in January. Since then, NTT Data has added an additional 25K SF to bring its total to 152K SF.

Softweb Solutions Inc. leased 9K SF on One Legacy West’s second floor. The second floor also has a tenant lounge, conference centers, a gym and a terrace. In September, Softweb will move into its space. Finch Commercial Realty’s Kevin Finch represented Softweb.

Proposals for tenants are pending on two additional floors. About 135K SF is still available.

Gaedeke has seen a lot of leasing interest from the technology sector, Gaedeke Group Senior Vice President Elliot Prieur said.

To facilitate better accessibility to the mixed-use district Legacy West, Gaedeke offers free bikes and shuttle services for tenants.

The office designed by Dallas-based Morrison Dilworth + Walls has destination dispatch elevators, electric car charging stations, a bike-sharing station, bike storage, hoteling stations and outdoor work stations.

NTT Data will begin moving into One Legacy West at the end of June.
