Thanks to a string of mergers, NTT Data has multiple properties in Plano, including its current North American HQ in Granite Park. 600 employees will relocate or be newly hired in the new HQ.

Gaedeke will deliver the 14-story, 308k SF One Legacy West tower at 7950 Legacy Drive within the $3B Legacy West development later this month. Gaedeke VP of leasing Belinda Dabliz represented the landlord in-house.

E Smith Realty Partners president Steve Jarvie and president of national accounts Damian Rivera repped NTT Data. E Smith Realty Partners also negotiated incentives from the state and the city.
