The Real Estate Council's annual Giving Gala fundraiser Thursday at the Hilton Anatole entertained 1,200 CRE types in a sold-out event. Here's TREC top banana Linda McMahon (right, with TREC consultant Macey Davis, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr’s Michael Krywucki, DISD's Paula Blackmon, and Corinth Properties' Frank Mihalopoulos, who served as the auction chair). Linda believes the event will have raised more than any previous Giving Gala.

Kirby tells us Rosemont recently inked 60k SF of new leases at The Summit at Las Colinas, including a 22k SF full-floor lease for a major regional office for General Motors, and the HQ of Paradigm Energy Partners for 11k SF.
