Day 2: Dallas Power Networking

DFW commercial real estate pros gathered on Wednesday for Bisnow’s Dallas Power Networking at Proof + Pantry in One Arts Plaza where we snapped TIG’s Brenda Kindt Joyner and Kay Overton. The duo has been transitioning new management assignments to TIG over the last 60 days including North Texas Cancer Center in Las Colinas, North Texas Cancer Center of Decatur, Las Colinas Office Suites Association (nine buildings), and two retail projects (Fort Worth and Plano).

Colliers International’s Lindsay Wolcott and Melinda Urbina bookend AG&E Structural Engenuity’s Jamie Knox. Lindsay joined Colliers this summer and is working with Chris Lipscomb and Michael Carmichael to lease the French Quarter in Carrollton, 3701 W Plano Pkwy in Plano, 4600 Greenville in Dallas, and 1755 N Collins Blvd in Richardson. Little-known fact: she played soccer for the College of Charleston. Melinda tells us she's been doing volunteer work for causes related to St. Jude's.

We snapped ICI Construction’s Dan Anderson with event sponsor DPR Construction’s Peter Read. DPR worked on CyrusOne’s colocation facility finishout in both Dallas and Austin, and is currently working on the 775k SF Class-A Colorado Tower in Austin.

Event sponsor BURY was luckily positioned near the tasty buffet line, where we snapped BURY’s Jay Marsh, People First’s Robert Fielder, and BURY’s Richard Nixon and Grayson Hughes.
