Latest big news in Irving is the HQ relocation from Farmers Branch for Celanese Corp, which signed a new 110k SF lease agreement at Urban Towers. It adds another Fortune 500 global HQ to the more than 45  already in Irving.

Primo seats made for some good networking opportunities and in case you missed it while grilling up your hot dogs, PGA Tour rookie Keegan Bradley won his first career victory when he parred the first playoff hole from the trees to beat Ryan Palmer.
