Chicago natives and craft brewmasters, Goose Island Brewery has just opened a new tasting room (perhaps in time for St. Patrick’s Day?) at its Fulton Street brewery at 1800 W Fulton St, reports Chicagoist. Before its conversion, the space was used for general storage. Now it will offer up brews, including the popular 312, Matilda, Sophie and IPA, cask-conditioned beer and blends from their Fulton and Wood series. Guests will also be treated to free beer—with the cost of admission—if they choose to take a tour of the brewery, which will start in the posh new tasting room. [Chicagoist]
