| This month, the University of ChicagoMedical Center and Biological Sciences Division's development office plans to move from Hyde Park into 23k SF that MB Real Estate’s Andrew Davidson helped them lease at One Prudential Plaza (130 E Randolph). Andy says that this deal illustrates the new-found lure of downtown for tenants in outlying neighborhoods. Even tenants in smaller Midwest cities are gravitating to the City of Big Shoulders. For instance, JMC Steel in Beachwood (near Cleveland) took 29k SF at 227 W Monroe a few months ago.
