Synco Properties Returns to the Triangle

The Carolinas are ripe with opportunity for property managers, Charlotte-based Synco Properties CEO Tim Hose tells us. Recently the company was tapped to manage Northwoods Townhomes, a 137-unit property in Cary, by its new owner, which Tim says marks a welcome return to the Triangle for the company. As a growth market, both in population and jobs, “we've wanted to be in the Triangle apartment market for several years," he says.

The acquisition of Northwood Townhomes in Cary by the company's New York-based fee management client "will hopefully enable us to expand our fee management and investment activities in that part of the state," Tim says. The property offers offers one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes and garden-style apartments, all of them oversized. Synco currently manages about 4,100 apartment units in North and South Carolina.
