Beacon Partners completed Building 2 of the InnerLoop North industrial park, its latest industrial development in the Carolinas. The 107k SF facility is at 5518 David Cox Rd in north Charlotte. Tire Wholesale Warehouse occupies nearly 50k SF of the property, reports CoStar, which is a new location for the retailer. Beacon's Tim Robertson handles leasing for the remaining space. [CoStar]
