Lincoln Park Hospital Redev; The Deal Sheet

Sandz Development has hired Transwestern to provide strategic consulting and transaction services for the repositioning and redevelopment of the site of the former Lincoln Park Hospital at 550 West Webster in Chicago.
The parcel includes four buildings, a four-level parking garage, and offers approx. 400k SF of leasable space. The former hospital was zoned for 555 in-patient beds and contained a 24-hour emergency room. Sandz's Richard Zisook and Michael Supera are contemplating several plans including healthcare, residential, and retail components for the mixed-use development. Transwestern's Mark Royal and Kimberly Penfold will spearhead marketing efforts. The team also arranged the sale of Lincoln Park Hospital property to developer Mark Hunt.
