TRINITY'S $65M INDUSTRIAL SALE

Trinity Partners completed the $65M sale of three Charlotte industrial properties (they're required to do business in threes)—Woodland Business Park, Lakeview Business Center and Ridge Creek Business Park—brokered by Trinity's David Allen  and  Dunn Milham.
 

We found seller TA Associates from property records. (Trinity had to sign an agreement not to disclose its client.) The properties total almost 1.4M SF. Woodland Business Park, at Interstates 77 and 85, is 85% occupied and sold to an affiliate of Dallas-based Crow Holdings. Lakeview Business Center (above) and Ridge Creek Business Park sold in a package deal to EastGroup Properties, an industrial REIT.
