Cassidy Turley's Carolinas group has been chosen to lease and manage a portfolio of suburban office buildings in Charlotte and Raleigh that are owned in a JV between NY-based Madison International Realty and Raleigh-based The Lichtin Corp. The Charlotte properties include five buildings totaling 420k SF at Toringdon in SE Charlotte. The Raleigh assets, Palisades I & II on Trinity Road, total 160k SF. Cassidy Turley's Charlotte leasing team for Toringdon includes David DorschMike Kemmet, and Joe Franco. The Raleigh team for Palisades I & II is John Kelly  and Brian Carr.

Arcadian Management Services   recently renewed its 4,000 SF lease in Mallard Creek V at 8520 Cliff Cameron Dr in Charlotte. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Cristy Nine in Charlotte and Chris Burns and Cushman & Wakefield's Walnut Creek, Calif. office repped the tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer also recently announced that consultant Bosch Rexroth has leased almost 68k SF at 9301 D Ducks Ln at Silverlake Business Park in SW Charlotte.
