Office Properties' Randall Bozzard has arranged several new leases recently totaling 8,750 SF, including three at 10922 S Tryon St. NC Yoga leased 1,700 SF for a new hot yoga studio set to open in mid-September. Kuchmaner Chiropractic leased 1,650 SF for a new chiropractic office scheduled to open in mid-August. Rapha Medical Clinic has leased 2,600 SF for a new internal medicine location scheduled to open at year's end. (Randall repped the landlord and Prostead Realty's Grace Obuseh repped Rapha.) Medi-Chest expanded operations at 8514 McAlpines Park Dr. by 1,600 SF. (Randall repped the owner.) Randall also arranged a new lease for construction consulting company Project Services Group, which took 1,200 SF at 8514 McAlpines Park Dr. The company is set to occupy the space in September.
