Singh Begins Third Charlotte Property

With one property complete in Cary and another under way at on Providence Rd in Charlotte (pictured), Michigan-based Singh Development Singh is planning its third  market-rate   seniors property in Cotswold. The company believes there's an increasing demand for seniors housing in the Charlotte market. VP Michael Kahm tells us while the area's local elderly population is increasing, there's more to it than that. As jobs are created, the market?s seeing an influx of adult children of the elderly. Their parents often move to the area to be near their children. (Or so they say. We also think "payback" might be the reason.)
