They found a great new use for the former Ace Hardware  distribution building in Huntersville: Performance Team, a global logistics firm, has leased 186k SF, bringing its local footprint to 516k SF. Why? CLT is a growing area close to many of the firm's clients, like Ross Dress for Less and Positec Tool Corp, says biz dev director Mac Forehand. Not to mention proximity to ocean, inland ports, and interstate highways. Trinity Partners' Terry Brennan repped Performance Team. Brad Cherry of JLL and Rob Speir (formerly of JLL and now at Colliers) repped owner Panattoni Development.
