NEW TENANT FOR BofA PLAZA

SCOR Global Life Americas has leased 140k SF at Bank of America Plaza uptown. The company will occupy floors 28 through 34 of the 40-story Charlotte landmark. (A perfect amount of space to host large and involved scavenger hunts.) The new location will serve as SCOR?s reinsurance HQ for the US, Canada, and Latin America. The insurance giant exemplifies the tenant mix in the building, which includes BofA and law firm Alston & Bird, Behringer Harvard?s Dean Patterson tells us. Behringer owns and manages BofA Plaza. Mohr Partners' Keith Bell and Newmark Knight Frank's Merrill Roth repped SCOR. Trinity Partners' Peter Conway and Rhea Greene repped Behringer.
