Get ready, SouthPark: Turner Construction Co has leased 20k SF in the Roxborough Building for its Charlotte HQ. The company took the fourth floor of the 65k SF building and plans to move in this spring. (If you want to get a housewarming gift, they are registered at Home Depot.)
 
Turner is known for some pretty cool projects; locally, its construction of the 331k SF David H. Murdock Core Laboratory, the main building at the NC Research Campus in Kannapolis. (Murdock is the Dole Foods guy.) CBRE's Trip Guin repped Turner in its lease, while Trinity Partners' Rhea Greene repped the building owner, a JV between The Lionstone Group and the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund.
