MUCH ADO ABOUT MARVIN

Charlotte-based Raley Miller Properties, after several years of contemplation, has decided to pull the trigger on the 120k SF Marvin Town Centre, a $16M Kohl?s-anchored shopping venue near the Union County village of Marvin.

 

The 90k SF Kohl?s is under construction. Another 14k SF of retail,restaurant, and shop space should start in about three weeks, saysDavid Miller, company partner. The project, which also contains a CVS and day care center, is at Tom Short and Rea Roads and should be done in October. Whiting-Turner is building the Kohl?s, and a GC for the additional retail will be picked soon. Charlotte-based Robert Johnson Architects is designing the smaller shops.
