Charlotte-based Raley Miller Properties, after several years of contemplation, has decided to pull the trigger on the 120k SF Marvin Town Centre, a $16M Kohl?s-anchored shopping venue near the Union County village of Marvin. |
The 90k SF Kohl?s is under construction. Another 14k SF of retail,restaurant, and shop space should start in about three weeks, saysDavid Miller, company partner. The project, which also contains a CVS and day care center, is at Tom Short and Rea Roads and should be done in October. Whiting-Turner is building the Kohl?s, and a GC for the additional retail will be picked soon. Charlotte-based Robert Johnson Architects is designing the smaller shops. |
