Integra Land Co just completed the final, 137-unit phase of its $40M Integra Springs at Kellswater apartment complex in Kannapolis. Rental rates range from $751 to $1,275 for one- to three-bedroom units in the 312-unit development. ?We are very positive about the Charlotte MSA,? says Integra?s David McDaniel, a Duke grad and president of the Lake Mary, Fla.-based company. The market ?has bounced back nicely and absorption has been strong.? Integra prides itself on its amenities package, which includes an interactive sports room, tanning studio, and (maybe it's the Florida influence) a resort-style saltwater pool with sundeck, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace.
