Mountain Real Estate Capital and  L Star Management have snapped up Brightleaf at the Park in Durham, which is slated for 2,000 units, including 400 townhomes, 330 apartments, and 1,270 single-family homes. For-sale multifamily prices will range from $110k  to about  $170k, while single-family homes will go for $225k to about $380k. ?This is a great acquisition for our firms and residents of Brightleaf,? MREC?s Arthur Nevid tells us. Sales terms were not disclosed.
