PM Realty Group has been awarded a 1.3M SF national property management portfolio that includes three Charlotte properties inSouthPark.

 

The Morrison Building (above), The Roxboro Building, and The Fairview Building together are about 90% leased and total more than 256k SF, PM Realty Group SVP Sally Elliott in the firm's Atlanta office tells us. Houston private real estate investor The Lionstone Group owns the buildings. The SouthPark buildings contain severalA-list tenants, including A&E firm HSMM, accounting firm Dixon Hughes, and Corporate Benefit Advisors. Charlotte's Trinity Partners handles leasing at the buildings.
