CAMPUS CREST SETS NATIONAL AGENDA

Finalizing its national strategy for ?12 and '13, Charlotte-based Campus Crest Communities has unveiled six projects that altogether come to a $157M mix of 1,282 wholly owned and JV student housing developments. Campus Crest will JV three of those projects with Chicago-based Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Harrison, a student housing operator, will hold a 10% interest in the properties, Campus Crest?s CEO Ted Rollins tells us. They include the 232-unit Grove at Fayetteville near the University of Arkansas and the 224-unit Grove at Laramie near the University of Wyoming.
