| Construction has begun on The Lofts at Charleston Row, a 100-unit multifamily project at Ayrsley Town Boulevard. (Cost was not disclosed.) It's being developed by Charlotte-based New Forum. Ground-level retail space also is planned, New Forum?s Tyler Steele tells us. One- and two-bedroom units in the initial two-building phase will lease for about $850 to $1,200 per month. Concorde Construction is GC, while Overcash Demmitt designed the project. |
