AAA Tree Experts has purchased a 7,800 SF building at Hebron Commerce Drive for almost $700k from RCI Leasing Inc.

(Lester repped the seller, while SCRE Properties' Hershel Fogelman repped the buyer.) That doesn?t mean things still aren't uncertain, Lester says. (We still live in a world dominated by double negatives.) Larger companies have already done a lot of their fat trimming, while smaller users are struggling. ?The road is still fairly bumpy,? he says.
