Manekin's Owen Rouse (left) tells us that as a 12-year-old, he and his Roland Park pals would ditch their bikes upstream and hike to the industrial properties at Jones Falls, planning to devise a way to sneak in. They never did get in, until now. Last week, Owen joined Terra Ventures founder David Tufaro, H&H Rock Cos prez Mark Levy, and other NAIOP Maryland members for a tour of Terra Nova's redevelopment of Mt. Vernon Mill #1 into 84 apartments (leasing now), two restaurants, and 40k SF of office.
