At ULI's big day, Baltimore Development Corp's Jay Brodie (in the red tie) won the Lifetime Achievement Award. Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty's Jennifer Langford, Continental Title's Peter Burstein, and Polakoff Law's Benjamin Polakoff were on hand to watch awards go to Azola Cos' Towson Jail, Bozzuto's Fitzgerald, The Lighthouse Center, Southern Management's Palisades, Mercy Health Services' Mary Catherine Bunting Center, and H&S Properties' Thames Street Wharf.
