This Week at ICSC

Federal Realty's Chris Weilminster (whom we snapped with Wendy Seher at ICSC in NYC this week) tells us they've re-upped Barnes & Noble and A.C.Moore at its Avenue at White Marsh, and they expect Staples to do the same. They're also out on the market with an outparcel there that could fit a single 50k SF building (plus structured parking) or perhaps a few restaurants.
Over at Perring Plaza in Towson, Chris says, the firm has added Micro Center, and Dick's has recently relocated to Glen Burnie's Governors Plaza (above).
