TENANTS SETTLING IN

St. John Properties' Rick Williamson (left, with colleagues Daniel Thomas and Al Cunniff and Liberty Property Trust?s Todd Summerfield)—who's also speaking at our event tomorrow—tells us the shell on his firm's spec office in Maple Lawn just finished, and the 100k SF is already 80% leased. It started with 16k SF to Regus six months ago, and the most recent deal was 8,000 SF on the ground floor to JHU. There was also a recent lease for half the building. As for existing tenants across St. John's portfolio, Rick tells us workouts with tenants and walkaways from leases are significantly less frequent than a year ago.
