| Miles & Stockbridge's Michele Cohen, who's moderating our BisnowRetail Real Estate Summit on Monday, tells us the retail leases she's worked on recently are mostly in Harbor East, near the airportand in Anne Arundel County. Tenants are continuing to renew and solidify relationships with their landlords, and retailers are also finding ways to maximize smaller spaces. The good news is that she's seeing fewer tenants breaking leases than in '09 and '10, though she's been aggressive about getting kick-out or other reduction-in-business clauses in her tenant-clients' contracts (retail or other asset classes).
