| Philadelphia?s 437-foot Circa Center, known as the Amtrak Building because it's across from 30th Street Station, was designed by Cesar Pelli and developed by Brandywine in the early 2000s. We snapped it across town from the ?Rocky" steps as it was changing from yellow (as we recall) to blue. Sometimes it displays a giant ?P? for Phillies. |
