| We showed you ULI Baltimore's NYC World Trade Center field trip on Tuesday, but here's one more story we just have to share. Alex Robinson, who works for Insperity in New York, took his stepson,Lachlan Berray to Alex's morning appointment at the Stock Exchange that day. While Downtown, they ran into our Baltimore crowd, in town to visit with WTC developer Silverstein Properties and the Sept. 11 memorial. Among the Baltimoreans was Alex's sister Rene Pallace and Rene's husband Dan Pallace of Merritt Properties (and head of ULI Baltimore). Lachlan's dad, David Berray, who was also Alex's best friend, died at the WTC on Sept. 11. Alex eventually married David's widow, Alison. "Our visit was a happy surprise," Rene says. "NYC is just not that big!" |
