Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has snagged three brokers from JLL for its Baltimore office and relocated to 1 East Pratt St.
The real estate advisory firm has hired executive managing director Michael Singer, managing director Clare Berrang and associate director Matt Lunnen. Michael’s transactions have included leases for the Social Security Administration (525k SF), 300k SF of new leases and lease renewals for Kaiser Permanente, and the 90k SF HQ for Pandora Jewelry. He has served a variety of industries, including financial, tech, life sciences, professional services and government.
Clare develops real estate strategies for regional and national office tenants, including Arthur Bell CPAs, The Enoch Pratt Free Library and AFLAC. Matt’s expertise includes market intelligence, crafting flexible lease terms and identifying ways to reduce occupancy costs.
NGKF moved from 400 East Pratt and employs 15 at its new office at 1 East Pratt, which is also the Maryland HQ of PNC Financial Services.
