NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN

What's new Manekin brokerage boss Adam Nachlas' biggest priority for this year? Yesterday, he told us it's growing his shop from 15 to 20 brokers. "I see good things on the horizon," he says. Increased office and flex activity, pockets of spec development in BRAC locations, and modest job growth are what 2012 has in store, he says. His plans for the Fourth: a family reunion picnic and quality time with the kids. We hope he fits in some fireworks, too.
