| Home Properties has purchased the 20-building Apartments at Cambridge Court in White Marsh for $90M. It was a BRAC-inspired buy in the shadow of Aberdeen Proving Ground. Already 92% occupied, the 544 units (delivered between '99 and '02) will receive upgrades as tenants turn over. Population in the area grew 21% between 2000 and 2010. And yet it appears they managed to keep everyone from walking on the grass. |
