Spectrum Properties has purchased the fully leased retail block from 2213-2241 Monument St in East Baltimore from Miller Real Estate for $4.5M. KLNB Retail's Gil Neuman repped the seller, which owned the eight stores (32k SF) for 70 years, and NAI KLNB's Jim Caronna repped the buyer. There aren't many other industries where you can hold something for 70 years before selling. At vineyards, you're a genius; at grocery stores, you're a health hazard.
