INDUSTRIAL (STILL) ROCKS!

In a deal brokered by NAI KLNB's Allan Riorda (seller), Jonathan Green, and Chris Kubler (buyer), Jasper Engines and Transmission bought 10621 Riggs Hill Rd in Jessup from the estate of Kenneth Marshall for $2.8M. Allan (above in a pic he sent of himself and his wife Melissa on vacation in Alaska) says Jasper will relocate its Maryland operation from a building in Elkridge, occupying 10k SF(they'll lease the rest). As for why Jasper bought the building, Allan says its simple: location. (He only said it once, but the last two were heaviliy inferred.) It's right off I-95, not to mention there are severaltrucking companies nearby.
