Harkins Builders' Multifamily Can-Do

Harkins Builders knows wood-frame multifamily construction. In the past five years, Harkins has built 6,800 woodframe multifamily units, totaling almost $800M. It's renovating and building from the ground-up 2,000 units from Richmond, Va., to Allentown, Pa. Harkins has also been selected as construction manager for Carroll Lutheran Village's Lutheran seniors housing project in Ellicott City, Village at Miller?s Grant. The $60M contract includes infrastructure, commons buildings, independent living, and assisted/skilled nursing.
