The owner of Hammerjacks plans to reopen the shuttered nightclub and music venue across from M&T Bank Stadium, replacing club Paradox at 1300 Russell St. Construction starts this winter and wraps by the end of next year. The $4M project will include a concert hall, courtyard and 4k SF of retail, the Baltimore Sun reports. Hammerjacks Entertainment Group owner Kevin Butler purchased the Hammerjacks trademark for $1k.
