BOOK BANK AT BUENA VISTA

The International Book Bank inked a 45k SF lease late least week at 4000 Buena Vista Ave in Baltimore City after a two-year search involving a half-dozen options. Gold Commercial prez Mitch Gold represented landlord Ziegfield Corp and tells us the 65k SF building is now 100% leased (North Baltimore Cabinets has been there for a decade). Ziegfield's spending at least $100k on tenant improvements, Mitch says. He also tells us he's noticing a bump in sales activity: ?during the worst of the recession, sales only accounted for about 20% of my deals,? he says. ?Now it's closer to 40%.? Mitch sees big increases in value for Baltimore City industrial product down the road, although he says it's unclear when exactly that will be.
