... and apparently there was also a baseball game last night. Colliers managing director Bob Manekin tells us our city has the edge when it comes to CRE, regardless of how many innings they play in the Bronx Zoo. In fact, NYC's zoo-ness is what makes Baltimore better.
NYC is a jungle in many ways, says Bob (whom we snapped at aBisnow event with his son and COPT employee Jon), while Baltimore is easier, less stressful, and more fun to do brokerage deals in. So count your blessings, Baltimore, if not your pennants.
